"Researchers studied 465 overweight and obese postmenopausal women previously enrolled in Pitt Public Health’s Women on the Move through Activity and Nutrition (WOMAN) study and analyzed changes in eating habits and weight loss from the beginning of the study to six and 48 months.

Into fitness for weight loss? Here're healthy diet guidelines that fit.

Has been known that a combination of fitness and an healthy calorie-controlled diet is the most effective way to fat loss.
But as knowing it isn't enough to take advantage of, let's get into a deeper level !

First of all let's remind ourselves that changes every weight loss challenger should make to their diets to lose fat are must's. Some follows :
Cutting back on
*refined sugar-rich foods and beverages
*high-fat and fried foods,
And making sure your portions are sized to lose body fat, but not too small to avoid starting.
Now it's the time to focus on what to include in "the healthy diet."
The ideal pre-fitness meal can contains foods that are:
1. Low fat
2. Moderate in carbohydrates and protein.
3. Low fiber
4. Contains fluids
5. Made up of familiar, well-tolerated foods ;As the pre-fitness meal is not the time to try a new food.
Advise : Stay away from fried foods (including french fries), greasy burgers, and soft drinks.

Morning fitness or later fitness ? It's up to you !
The only caution is not to fitness close to bedtime, as the increase in body temperature and metabolism may interfere with sleep .
Also on an empty stomach, especially in the morning?
It really depends on the type of your fitness
-. A brisk walk or light jog on an empty stomach is fine; just drink a glass of water before heading out the door.

For fast and healthy effective weight loss, changes are obligatory:

*. What to eat and how to eat it.
*. Your fitness or activity level.
Random advises to ameliorate these fields...
About your fitness exercise plan : Remember that as others are not able to exercise as rigorously as others can ; If walking is all that can be done, then walk for this is proven one of best exercises.
Even at least fifteen minutes a day.
Running, swimming, dancing ;Yes ! Dancing, are alternatives
About your healthy weight loss diet :
->Eat more fibers for it makes a person full sooner and stays in the tummy longer, slowing down the rate of digestion.
The tips above is an hunger management one ; Important because not managing hunger is one of the reasons why obesity is touching people.
->Keep away from fried foods especially deep-fried as this contains a great amount of fat.
Fats are also important for our bodies to function correctly but only when taken in right proportion, otherwise they cause more damages that blessings.

What's involved into the abs affair? just an healthy diet or fitness too... Is it all ?

“Abs are made in the kitchen” but extra factors play roles too!
Before we talk about the factor "Kitchen", let's talk about others that count too

1.Where you start/came from in term of initial body fat.

The present comes from the past, and the future will come from the present ; If you have a high % of body fat, you will have to burn lots of fat then hold a certain level of leanness for a certain time before seeing your abdominal muscles.
Because the fat you shred doesn't go completely, but leave a tissue that require a longer hold of efforts to disappear.

2. Your cortisol level.

Nights are designed for sleeping, which can incredibly adjust your control level : Getting to bed at a reasonable hour and preferably the same every night for a reasonable length is a good way of taking advance of this...
Note : The reasonable length is up to each one's activity level ; the more you're active, the more you need sleep !

3. Genetics

Like it or not, your genetics have lots to say about how you look.
But you aren't obliged to fit their profile : Remember that you're what you convince yourself you are ... Create a new reality is needed !

4. Excessive aerobic exercise.

Things, even good ones, are dangerous if did excessively ... It's the case of aerobic fitness.
Walking, light hiking or bike riding, mobility circuits, etc aren't harmful, but the hours and hours of doing them.

5. Healthy eating.

Like I said at the top of this article "Abs are made in the Kitchen" this signify that talking about this factor is worth an entire article. So, keep in touch ... the article is in kitchen and coming ...

Of course, my position regarding the best source of proteins is not only based on the following ...
The fact is : The man is one of the best doctor ever, and I'm not saying this only because he recommends healthy eating but because really all he recommends seem to work. :)
