Firstly a back to the past trial
"Have your taste buds changed and you try to eat something you used to like just to see if you still like it after a good healthy body cleanse?"
"kids wanted donuts ... I decided to try a bite of Hailey's this morning and literally spit it back out into the trash! It was SUPER NASTY! I could taste the sugar and felt like I could've had a heart attack from it lol...and I didn't even swallow LOL! Ahhhhlovin the new taste buds ;)"

Now the changes
"Used to crave candy like crazy... Now have replaced it with fruit/ veggie and pb cravings!
Used to want pop all the time... Now it's water and lemonades or fresh juice!
Used to love chips and crackers... Now it's cheeses and protein bars ;)"
