What's involved into the abs affair? just an healthy diet or fitness too... Is it all ?

“Abs are made in the kitchen” but extra factors play roles too!
Before we talk about the factor "Kitchen", let's talk about others that count too

1.Where you start/came from in term of initial body fat.

The present comes from the past, and the future will come from the present ; If you have a high % of body fat, you will have to burn lots of fat then hold a certain level of leanness for a certain time before seeing your abdominal muscles.
Because the fat you shred doesn't go completely, but leave a tissue that require a longer hold of efforts to disappear.

2. Your cortisol level.

Nights are designed for sleeping, which can incredibly adjust your control level : Getting to bed at a reasonable hour and preferably the same every night for a reasonable length is a good way of taking advance of this...
Note : The reasonable length is up to each one's activity level ; the more you're active, the more you need sleep !

3. Genetics

Like it or not, your genetics have lots to say about how you look.
But you aren't obliged to fit their profile : Remember that you're what you convince yourself you are ... Create a new reality is needed !

4. Excessive aerobic exercise.

Things, even good ones, are dangerous if did excessively ... It's the case of aerobic fitness.
Walking, light hiking or bike riding, mobility circuits, etc aren't harmful, but the hours and hours of doing them.

5. Healthy eating.
