When a fitness expert talks about weight loss tips and motivation.

"Work, family life and juggling hecticschedules can easily lead to your motivation for fitness waning.
Yet we know that people who keep weight off have one thing in common – they keep active, day in, day out and all year round."
It's why are shared weight loss fitness relatedmotivation & tipsI've seen on the Sun's post by NICKI WATERMAN, fitness expert and AMANDA URSELL, Nutritionist .

Not a special but normal task
"Instead of thinking of exercise as just another thing you have to fit into your already packed schedule, think of it as an important part of the day."
"Just as spending time with your children, working or participating in social activities."
"And pretty soon you won’t feel your day is complete without it."

The inside-out rule.
"Exercise is about working out those muscles and your heart, but it all starts with the mind.
When you start to get that familiar feeling of wanting to skip your fitness programme today, visualise yourself andhow you will look and feel by keeping at it."
"Remember the way you feel after you are done and the sense of accomplishment."
"Also, try to imagine the release of endorphins that comes with working up asweat."

Don't give up.
"It’s easy to decide to not exercise when it’s all about you.
Having someone else counting on you that you don’t want to let down can be an excellent way to make sure you don’tfall off the wagon. "
But
"Having an exercise partner who is quick to give up can actually have a negative effect."
So, beware :)

Keep accountable
"Record times and distances when walking or running.
Note the number of reps or sets you do with the weights. If you do crunches or push-ups, keep a tally each time. Set goals for what you want to accomplish.
Aim each time to at least meet – or evenexceed – your previous totals."
