Weight loss related study, tips from a study by a university of north carolina at chapel hill PhD.

The weight loss related study: Asheley Cockrell Skinner, PhD. Study researcher and assistant professor of health policy and pediatrics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and colleagues analyzed data gathered duringthe CDC'sNational Health and Nutrition Examination Survey between 2001 and 2008.
The findings are published online the 10th of september in the journal Pediatrics.

Cockrell Skinner said:
"The body is a complex system, and once a person is overweight, the body tends to want to stay that way."

Cockrell Skinner added: "Even in the absence of any weight loss, activity is good for overall health, and cardiovascular health specifically."
